PDQ Health Services is an SBA-approved Small Business Joint Venture consisting of Prairie Quest Consulting and Decypher Technologies.
Founded in 2004, PQC is dedicated to providing innovative and cost-effective solutions that create significant value for our clients. We are a successful 8(a) graduate - honored as the SBA’s National 8(a) Graduate of the Year - with 200+ employees in more than 20 states who are committed to exceeding expectations in support of the most critical mission requirements.
Decypher was founded in 2002 as a customer-focused, comprehensive medical, administrative, and technical services/staffing company. We provide over 500 Health Care Workers (HCW) and medical support personnel to Military Treatment Facilities (MTF) throughout the United States, and the European and Pacific Theaters.

We possess a wide range of medical-related experience:
-
A key element of effective healthcare operations in today’s society is personnel with clinical experience and business acumen. Our personnel serve throughout the healthcare enterprise from clinical managers, functional experts and administrative staff to senior level management consultants. We are focused on developing solutions to our customer’s issues, providing more efficient operations and increasing the quality of patient care.
-
We provide a wide range of healthcare services and ancillary support services. Our staff includes physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses, behavioral health providers, and dieticians who are fully credentialed, certified and licensed. We also provide professionals and technicians supporting emergency medicine, clinical reference laboratories, nuclear medicine, respiratory therapy, exercise physiology, audiology, hyperbaric services, social services, blood bank donor operations, and case management.
-
We help healthcare organizations overcome the challenges associated with the morass of clinical, financial and operational data generated each day. We work with our customers to prioritize and understand their objectives and then develop tools to help executives, managers, clinicians and analysts answer the critical questions that will lead to improved clinical care, operational efficiencies and reduced costs.
-
Referral management is a critical program within the the Defense Health Agency, supporting the patient-centered medical home model and optimizing Military Treatment Facility (MTF) clinical specialty capabilities and expeditionary platforms. We provide referral management to 40 MTFs and were instrumental at Fairchild AFB—the first base to transition its electronic healthcare record system to GENESIS—receiving “Accredited” status and A+ recognition for the base’s successful implementation of the new system.
We offer a comprehensive suite of healthcare services.
